Applicable materials
Solid materials such as river pebbles, coke, coal, ceramic raw materials, quartz stone, limestone, mud shale, white ink, bricks, slag, clinker, feldspar, coke feldspar, gypsum, salt, chemical raw materials, etc.
The main body of the high-pressure roller mill is two rollers rotating in opposite directions. The brittle material is fed into the weighing bin equipped with a weighing sensor by the conveying equipment, and then enters between two rollers of the same size and rotating relative to each other through the feeding device of the roller press. The roller pulls the material into the roller gap, presses the material into a dense material cake, falls from the roller gap, and is discharged by the conveying equipment through the discharge hopper. The material cake is further dispersed or ground by the next process.
High-pressure roller mills can be divided into large, medium and small according to different models.
1. G80x30, G90x60, G120x80 have an output of about 60-310 tons per hour, which are small high-pressure roller mills.
2. G140x100, G180x150, with an output of 310-1180 tons per hour, are large high-pressure roller mills.
